Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Interionova, we deal in digital lead information, and access is granted instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of this product, we follow the policy below:


1. No Automatic Refunds

  • Once a lead is purchased, it is considered delivered because the contact details become accessible instantly.
  • Therefore, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once the transaction is completed.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted only in the following verified situations:

  • The lead contains invalid or incorrect contact information (e.g., wrong number, unreachable client).
  • Duplicate lead purchased due to listing error by Interionova.

To request a refund in such cases, email us within 48 hours of purchase at support@interionova.com, with:

  1. Lead ID / product name
  2. Purchase date and order number
  3. Description of the issue (invalid or duplicate lead evidence)

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Interionova reserves the right to verify claims and deny refunds for invalid reasons.

4. Cancellation of Orders

Since the lead data is delivered instantly, cancellation before fulfillment is not applicable.
