1. Nature of Service

Interionova connects design professionals with potential clients by providing access to verified lead information. Each “lead” listed on our store represents a unique project enquiry generated through our partner networks.

2. Lead Quality and Availability

All leads are verified to the best of our ability before being published.
Interionova does not guarantee project conversion, budget finalization, or customer responsiveness after purchase.
Leads are sold as digital products and may be exclusive or shared, as mentioned on the lead page.

3. Pricing and Payments

Lead prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and Shopify’s checkout system.
Once a purchase is made, the lead details (client contact info) are immediately available to the buyer’s registered account.

4. Access and Account Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Purchased leads are tied to the buyer’s registered account and cannot be transferred or resold.

5. Use of Information

The contact information provided in purchased leads must only be used for legitimate business outreach related to interior design or home improvement.
Misuse, spamming, or resale of lead data will result in account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including design, branding, and lead presentation — remains the property of Interionova. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Interionova is not responsible for outcomes or business results from purchased leads. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the transaction value of the lead purchased.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
